Each guard had been designed around a 3D solid model of the actual Loader provided by Volvo.
Protective guarding has been designed with operator saftey and machine protection as the primary focus. Window guards are fabricated from 1/2" diameter solid steel rods. Each joint is hand welded. Mounting bracks are machined from solid stock and not cast.
